Help Alleviate Dental Pain In McDonough County

Currently, McDonough County does not have a dental provider that accepts Medicaid. The nearest dental clinic that offers reduced cost treatment is a 40 minute drive away. Transportation is a challenge for many individuals in our county and so is the cost of seeing a dentist. At McDonough County Health Department, we have created a dental program to help those in need receive local dental treatment. This program has already helped provide care that has eliminated tooth pain for 6 McDonough County residents.

We are asking you to invest in the needs of our community and to consider making a donation to our dental program. It costs approximately $150 to provide a dental filling and $200 to provide a dental extraction. Applicants to our dental program need your help!
